The Junior High games today in Hyannis have been postponed due to forecasted weather and road conditions to a later date. Future date TBD.

Congrats to all the Deuel County Spelling bee contestants. Congrats to Jack Johnson who placed third in the oral competition, and Emily Lutz who place 2nd in the written test.





Junior High Basketball at Hyannis on Thursday, January 26 will have a change of schedule. Boys A team will play first at 1pm, followed by girls A team. There will be no B team games due to low numbers. Go Storm!

Current Hastings Bronco, and CV alumn, Donovan Andrews and senior Ella Ningen performed at the Hastings honor choir and band concert tonight, in Hastings. Great to have such talented music students come out of the program. Go Storm!

Due to technical difficulties tonights basketball games against Paxton will not be livestreamed. You can catch the game starting at 5pm on 106.5 FM.

High School Basketball MAC tournament will start next week. Our girls will take on South Platte @ 6:00pm on Monday, January 16th in Big Springs. The boys will take on Garden County @ 6:00pm on Tuesday, January 17th in Oshkosh. Good luck Storm!

The Creek Valley FFA Chapter competed in Floriculture and Livestock Management. The Livestock Management team won the Swine Division.



Five CVHS choir students participated in an Honor Choir hosted by Doane University on Monday January 9th. Almost 250 students from across Nebraska participated in this event. Lots of learning and fun was had by all participants.
