Members of CVHS were able to volunteer their time to help distribute food for the Chappell Rotary Club's Farm to Families event today. The weather was not ideal, but the help was more than appreciated. Go STORM!

Due to predicted snowy weather and poor travel conditions CVS will not have school on 4/16/2021. Daycare will also be closed.
Senior Nolan Ortgies addressed the Board of Education at last night's meeting, providing his thoughts on why the school should begin to allow students to drive at lunch. His persuasive speech was informative and this will be a continued discussion item for the board.
Mrs. Riley and a few members of her 5th Grade Class presented to the School Board last night, about the Conderderation Period they have been studying in Social Studies. The kids were very informative!

Members of the 3rd Grade Class, along with Mrs. Behrends and Ms. Criswell, presented to the Board of Education last night. They spoke of their Flat Stanley project and the many places they "visited." Way to go kids!

Awards Night for Creek Valley Schools will take place on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 6 pm in the high school gym. This special event will include a meal, a speech by University of Nebraska, and Hall of Fame, volleyball coach John Cook, and awards honoring our students in academics and activities. ALL CREEK VALLEY AND HUSKER FANS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND!

State FFA looks a little different this year. Creek Valley Agronomy Team competed on Tuesday and Meat Identification Team competed on Wednesday.
The 8th grade Ag Student have been learning about the Swine industry in Nebraska. They made posters and gave a presentation about a popular swine breed.
