Mrs. Riley utilized the Outdoor Classroom today to enhance the students' learning by writing with strong adjectives applied to their five senses.

Some of the Creek Valley FFA Members traveled to Bridgeport to attend EDGE Conference.
BEST Robotics students got their first look at the game field Saturday. They will be building a surgical robot to compete on a large 4 team field. Teams will have three minutes to earn points completing objectives like autonomous brain biopsies, vein harvest, heart valve replacement and more! Some tasks will be completed "blind" meaning they will only be able to see via onboard camera.
Due to the shortened school day for PTC We'll be meeting Tuesday the 19th after school from 2:35-4pm. See you there!!
Creek Valley Early Learning Center Staff & Preschool Staff began their three-year journey today participating in the Rooted in Relationships initiative where they will learn how to implement the Pyramid Model, a framework of evidence-based practices that promote the social, emotional, and behavioral competence of young children. Message from the Activities Director: I would like to thank everyone for coming out to support the Creek Valley Football team last night and their patients during the delays and the cancellation. I realize that sometimes it can seem inconvenient but our safety for our students and fans is our first priority. This decision was made by both schools. Due to the weather, the teams will be taking the field for warm ups at approximately 5:30 p.m. The game will start at 6:15 p.m. Thanks for being patient as we want to make sure all players, spectators, and officials are safe before taking to the field.
Due to the lightning, the football game scheduled for tonight will be delayed. Warm Ups "potentially" will begin approximately at 5:00 p.m. Game time will "potentially" begin at 5:40 p.m. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep updates coming.

Michael Lutz made a light sensitive tweeting bird in electronics lab, and Talon and Michael Prince-Dugan sleuthing through a problem on a linear actuator.
