ATTENTION CVS student athletes for the upcoming year (both Jr/Sr high) can come to Valley Medical of Chappell, for a free physical on Friday, July 12th and Friday, July 19th mornings only starting at 8:30 a.m.
These are the only two dates that the physical will be free of charge. All paperwork (that you have on your website) must be thoroughly completed by parents and the authorization to release it to the school must be filled out and signed before the appt.
No appts will be made, student athletes are to come between the times of 8:30 and 10:00 am on those two Fridays.
Valley Medical of Chappell is located at 758 2nd Street, Chappell, NE 69129.

Attention Creek Valley Patrons:
Erica Priest will be moving from the toddler room to the preschool room for the 24-25 school year. However, she has some items on her wishlist for both rooms, to help the incoming toddler teacher, and fill her new classroom. With garage sale season upon us, you may be able to help her find some items (in good working condtion, please). So, while you are out and about, and happen to see something that may work, please think of picking that up for one of these two classrooms. She is also including her Amazon wish list.
