Our students received proof from the Deuel County Sheriff's Office that the Grinch was indeed captured!

The preschool's "Countdown to Christmas Break" activities continued with "Decorate Christmas Cookies" on Tuesday, "Wrap Parent Presents" on Wednesday, and "Watch a Christmas Movie" on Thursday. Tomorrow are our class parties.

Good luck Storm!!!

Our lovely bus driver, Wendy Burgman, decorated her school bus inside and out and has music playing every day for everyone to hear. Thanks for putting in all this work to bring our students joy this time of year, Wendy!

Please note that tomorrow's (Dec 18th) junior high basketball game vs. Potter-Dix have had a change in start times. Girls will start at 2pm with boys starting at 3pm

Tuesday Dec 17th

The preschool's "Countdown to Christmas Break" activity for today was making "Christmas Slime." A little glue, a little colored baking soda, some slime activator (saline solution), a sprinkle of glitter, and you've got "the best day EVER," according to a few boys in the morning session. They each got to take a little home. Sorry, not sorry... haha

Monday Dec 16th

Dec 16th-21st; GO STORM

The preschool classes have been doing an activity-a-day for our countdown to Christmas break. Monday was "Decorate the Tree," Tuesday was "Decorate a Stocking," Wednesday was "Make Christmas Presents," and Thursday's activity was "Santa's Special Hot Chocolate." We also had a few moments to call Santa's Workshop and left a message for Santa, wishing him a Merry Christmas! Stay tuned for next week's activities!

This batch of future space colonizers had an amazing time in Colorado Springs! CVS placed 13 out of 28 teams from across the country in head to head with a big score gap below us and nearly tied with the two teams ahead. They built an awesome robot this year and saw some fierce competition and amazing engineering. We're hatching plans for 2025, keep an eye on this group, they're out of this world!!!

We are aware of the issue of not being able to the score on our Hudl streaming. The way the camera has to be placed in the gym there is beam blocking the scoreboard. As of right now we are working with Hudl to find a solution. For the time being we will try to have a student show the score from the stage. Thank you for your patience.
